Our Selling Options
Consignment for Auction
Our most popular option for selling your items is Auction Consignment. After your items are evaluated and you have decided to move forward our staff will create a detailed inventory of each lot including descriptions and estimates of value. They are then placed into a curated online catalog to be offered at public auction for anyone in the world to see. All of your items are stored in our climate controlled gallery fully insured until the time of sale. If the items are located within your home arrangements can be made to have our staff come to you and securely wrap and move each item to our gallery to be sold.
Our commission rates vary based on the value of the item and are offered at extremely competitive rates as low as 0%* for select items. Our average commission rate ranges from 25% to 12% based on a sliding scale of value. The more an item is worth the less commission we take, this keeps things fair among all of our consignors from a $50,000 collection to a $250 painting. We also offer special rates for larger collections, jewelry, and vehicles. Specialized Single-collection auctions are also available.
Purchasing Outright (Estate Buyouts)
After your items are evaluated, our experts can formulate a comprehensive and competitive “Buy-Out” offer for your items or entire collection. With this service we take the Hassel out of selling, and offer you one fixed cash offer for your items or collection. We can facilitate most any quantity of items in a quick, efficient, and secure manner. Full Broom-Swept estate cleanouts can also be arranged along with this service to ease in the emptying of a full house or collection.
